At AGGLU, we value every employee and are always very happy when we get to meet and experience something together. Since our company has a foreign representation – both Czech Republic and Hungary – we organize teambuilding outside the company every year in the pre-summer period. This year we enjoyed two nice days together again 3.6.-4.6.2022 at the Magurka cottage in the Low Tatras.
We probably all know that weather is always a big question mark when planning events like this. Fortunately, we were probably thinking positive enough and on Friday the sun was shining from early morning and the temperatures were climbing quite high. By 7:30 we were already in our cars and heading to the venue, all in a positive mood and dressed as tourists. Upon arrival, we sat on the patio for a while and went hiking. The most persistent ones managed to climb up to the ridge of the Low Tatras – Ďurková peak – even with great times (the sporting spirit of AGGLU did not leave its reputation in debt ? )!
For lunch we prepared grilled specialties and after a small snack we had another program – a competition in the construction of racing cars. The task of each team was to build a functional car with brakes and a cornering system from the prepared parts, create a design from different materials, a marketing slogan and “sell” it during the presentation. We finished the competition with a real race, where we tested the functionality of the car and the speed of the engine (the colleague who was pulling the car with the other colleague). Each team did their job well and the winners were really decided by seconds!
After this program we checked in, indulged in a well-deserved shower and a beer after the great performances. After dinner, we gathered strength for light sports – badminton, football and a nice day was over.
Thank you to the management of the company for organizing (not only) this event, we all had a great time, met, talked not only about work matters and got to know another piece of beautiful Slovak region ?.
