A non-reactive polymer used as a cleaner for 1308, 2308 and 3308 series polyurethane hot melt adhesives. Used to clean HMPUR adhesive application equipment whenever the equipment is stopped for more than 3 days or whenever the product is changed. Completely remove the hot melt adhesive from the hot melt unit and replace with CLEANER BLU. Lower the temperature to 100 - 110 °C. Remove the adhesive residue completely from the device until you are sure that only the adhesive is coming out of the device. 100% CLEANER BLU product. To use reactive polyurethane adhesive, repeat the procedure in reverse order. Fill the fusible the unit with the new product and completely squeeze out the CLEANER BLU from the device. Set the temperatures in between 100 and 110°C and squeeze the cleaner until it is certain that only 100 % of the cleaner is coming out glue. Now set the temperatures of the equipment again to perform the bonding.
