Job description, powers and responsibilities

- Providing external communication activities in cooperation with other departments.
- Communication with supplier agencies (media, marketing, advertising)
- Preparation, processing and implementation of direct mail and other marketing activities.
- DTP editing, updating and production of various business, information and operational forms.
- Preparation, processing, editing and production of promotional materials.
- Implementation of the company's media and communication strategy.
- Preparation of documents and processing of external and internal media outputs (opinions and statements of company representatives, PR releases).
- Collaboration in the development of the content and form of communication outputs, communication of expert opinions.
- Monitoring media reports about the company, keeping and archiving relevant records
- Social media management (instagram, facebook) - content, highlights, statistics of posts
- Website management (content) - new contacts, job updates, articles - as required
- Creative work - suggestions for stories, posts, inspiration for PR
- Organization of corporate events

Personal qualities and skills: Coming up with creative suggestions on how to move the AGGLU brand forward, visual sense, thinks independently and acts as a team, communication in English at an advanced level
